Mon-Tues, Aug 4-5th
with pre-conference workshops Sat-Sunday, Aug 2nd and 3rd
The Southern Family Farmers & Food Systems Conference was formed in 2019 when the Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance (FARFA), Small Producers Initiative at Texas State University (SPI), and Council for Healthy Food Systems (CHFS) decided to join forces and host one big annual event serving small and mid-sized farmers growing sustainably and regeneratively on the land.
Our 3-day conference brings producers from all over Texas, the Southern US, and beyond to celebrate small farms and local food.
Whether you’re brand new to farming or have been doing it for years, we are committed to bringing relevant, farmer-driven information that will energize and inspire!
